Tears falling down to the shadows,
A rain of omen in the dark night,
The ripples of sadness and chaos
Herald now the waning of light.

When hope then begets only sorrow
And joy then begets only pain,
The world shall be wrought with destruction,
Thy last hope and joy shall be slain.

The shadows consume, come to haunt us,
Until at long last there is nothing left.
When light then collides with the darkness
Beware ye, the angels of death.

Beware ye, the coming of earth's night.
Beware ye, red skies are fear's days.
Beware ye, the cry of the darkness
Heralding the end of all days.

In the darkness of the night
When the air is filled with fright,
There's nowhere left to get away.
The shadows start to crawl,
Got your back up to the wall,
In your mind you hear the evil say,

"Give yourself to the heart of darkness
And be spared from demise this night."

And before you can respond
Your life has been prolonged
But at the cost of all you hold as right.

I feel it
(ONE) Taking hold of me!
(TWO) I've lost control of me!
My mind is slipping
I'm gone for all eternity!
(LOST) Somebody help me here!
(YOU) I'm not alone, I fear!
I've lost myself,
The voice is shouting out

"I'M GONNA KILL SOMEBODY

GONNA TAKE THEIR BODY
GONNA MAKE IT BLOODY
GONNA END SOMEBODY
GONNA KILL SOMEONE
FOR I'M THE DARKNESS RISING,
I'M THE DARKNESS COME."

It owns all the souls seen around you.
Its power has now only grown.
The swelling of evil astounds you;
True depths you have yet to be shown.

Anger and fury fill your mind,
All heart is replaced with despair.
The depths of your soul are thus shrouded,
Reflecting the evil's red glare.

Where can I go
when I can't run from here?
What can I know?
I can't escape this fear.
The darkness engulfs all that I hold dear
My soul, all my mind, it's so unclear,
What can I do?
No way to run or hide,
It's breaking through,
Takes control from inside.
You've lost yourself, it's like your hypnotized,
It holds you, it molds you, feeling the darkness rise.

I feel it
